Higher Education Evaluation and Development (HEED) is a quality English journal founded by HEEACT and has been jointly published with Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN) since 2014, thus becoming APQN’s membership journal. HEED welcomes quality papers from subjects of:
• Higher education and development
• Quality assurance and evaluation in higher education
• Research development of higher education and its practices
• Other topics related higher education and development.
